Return Policy

Item broken in transit or wrong item delivered: In the event of an incorrect item sent or an item arriving damaged, a replacement will be re-issued free of charge if notified within 1 day of the item being received.

Incorrect shipping address: Please note that when placing an order you are fully responsible for supplying correct shipping address details.  Information submitted incorrectly which then results in lost or misdirected packages is the responsibility of the person/persons placing the order. If packages are returned to us due to an incorrect address and then need reshipping, a $15 reshipment fee plus the cost of re-shipping will be incurred.

Delivery delays: 3rd party delivery delays or lost packages once tracking confirmation has been received by the customer is not the responsibility of the forum or store. It is the customers responsibility to track down parcels or contact local postal offices to locate any delayed or lost parcels. 

Exchanges: We will only exchange unopened liquids if returned within 15 days of purchase with written consent of our staff. We reserve the right to refuse any and all exchanges. Only in rare circumstances at our discretion will we exchange. If you purchase a cartridge whether it does or doesn't have ink inside please keep in mind that there is a low failure rate on the chip and in that case we would replace the cartridge as long as the other one gets shipped back. We've had customers keep the carts that have malfunctioned so we no longer send out replacements if the carts haven't come back. We also tell customers to buy more than they need in case that happens or they can purchase the replacements and we can refund them on the arrival of the defective carts. 

Shelf Life: It is standard for DTG Inks to have a shelf life of 4 months for white and 1 year for CMYK so please use accordingly. There are no returns on consumables so please test accordingly for your operation to see if any of the products work for you, if they do then best practice would be to purchase more if you see fit.
