Shipping Policy

All our products are shipped via United States Postal Service or Fedex depending on the option chosen, alternatively you are welcome to pick-up your order from our warehouse in Fowler, CA.

What if I don't receive the item?

Postal services aren't perfect. The only thing we can guarantee is that your product has been dispatched, from there we rely on the services of USPS and FedEx to ensure your order reaches it's destination.

If an has not been received within 3 days of the expected date of delivery, we will reship the order at no cost to you. All carriers do not refund us for service interruptions or delays. We also cannot refund you in these cases as well. 

Can I change the shipping options?

Please contact us before ordering if you would like to arrange an alternate shipping method.

What about shipping outside the USA?

We will happily dispatch your order anywhere in the world – shipping surcharges will be applied at checkout before payment is taken. 

If an order has not been received within 10 days of the expected date of delivery, we will reship the order at no cost to you. 

How long will it take to ship my order?

If your order is placed before 12pm (PST) Monday to Friday (except holidays) and is showing in stock it will ship same day, however, delivery times vary depending on the delivery service you have chosen.
