It's a new era in Direct To Garment. A new ink is here and ready to impress you with great results! Manufactured and supervised by Anthony Creek. A solid name in the Direct To Garment industry.  Compatibility Any 5113/Athenajet Printer/Artiprint/Focus Digital DX5/DX7 heads L1800 and other desktop printers Desktop converted printers Will need a humidity of 50% or higher on wide printers that are more than 13 inches wide.  Jetability We manufactured to give a great print and minimize small tiny holes in our white inks (pinholes). This gives a great overall look for DTG. Washability Our white is bright and CMYK has excellent washability. You will notice the difference and be pleased with the results. Quality Assurance We test each batch in our printers and document the results so that you know you will be getting a good quality product when its in your hands.  Our ink is made in a professional lab that is very clean and with experienced chemists to ensure quality. Directions: Cure CMYK only prints at 325°F/162°C for 60 seconds at a minimum. You can cure at a higher temp and time also but with certain garments heat may scorch the garment Cure W+CMYK prints at 338°F/170°C for 130 seconds. Using a higher temp will cure faster. Poly/Cotton/Rayon blends work well as well as 100% cotton. Poly/Cotton only blends achieve better results when used with a conveyor/heat press combination. Use low to medium pressure.   Conversions If you are converting from other inks you will NOT need to flush your current ink set out.  SDS sheets are available upon request.  *Bottle Sizes may vary during covid. Bottle sizes are approximate and can vary depending on settling. Results are not guaranteed and will depend on machine settings/environment. If using for DTF you should test before purchasing large volumes. This ink is for DTF printing/HTP Printing. Great for printing on direct to film systems with a DX5/DX7 print head (epson repurposed dtg's and Epson A3/A4 printers utilizing DX5 / IE3200 / 4720 / L1800 / P600 / XP600 / 5113 Heads or any Epson desktop printer) Please note that you will need to know how to use the ink for your process.  We use 5600 for white and 5601 for CMYK and the reason is both are their highest grade inks with the most pigments.  *Bottle Sizes may vary during covid.
