Our latest development, the PRETREATmaker IV, is equipped with a multiphase motor and a total of 4 valves that can be individually switched on or off. The maximum spray area is 40 cm in width and 60 cm in length, and the width can be regulated by switching the valves on or off. This allows for precise control over the pretreatment process, making it ideal for various printing needs.

The PRETREATmaker IV is also equipped with an additional filter within the carriage to trap dirt from the pump and tubes, minimizing blockage of the nozzles. Its new switch-valve allows the use of two different precoating liquids, and an automatic cleaning function within the touchpad menu simplifies maintenance.

The open interface of the PRETREATmaker IV can be used to program the unit directly through the client's order system or by printing a barcode, allowing for seamless integration into your workflow. The system also features an automatic cleaning interval function to prevent nozzle clogging during daily operation.
