Item broken in transit or wrong item delivered: In the event of an incorrect item sent or an item arriving damaged, a replacement will be re-issued free of charge if notified within 3 days of the item being received.
Incorrect shipping address: Please note that when placing an order you are fully responsible for supplying correct shipping address details. Information submitted incorrectly which then results in lost or misdirected packages is the responsibility of the person/persons placing the order. If packages are returned to us due to an incorrect address and then need reshipping, a $5 reshipment fee plus the cost of re-shipping will be incurred.
Delivery delays: 3rd party delivery delays or lost packages once tracking confirmation has been received by the customer is not the responsibility of the forum or store. It is the customers responsibility to track down parcels or contact local postal offices to locate any delayed or lost parcels.
